Jinni Sinha is our Partner, having more than 17 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, general corporate matters and real estate. She previously headed the investment legal team at Paytm and was a partner in IndusLaw and Dentons Link Legal’s Delhi offices.

Jinni handles complex transactional work, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing legal due diligence, structuring employee stock option plans and advising on foreign investment and regulatory compliance. She advises companies across sectors such as e-commerce, technology, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, real estate, automotive and FMCG, and she regularly counsels startups and venture capital funds on India entry strategy, from pre-setup structuring to ongoing compliance under the Companies Act and FEMA.

She is regularly invited to speak across various academic forums and authors thought leadership articles across various domestic and international publications.
