Mr. Ajay Lulla is a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) graduate from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He is a practicing Advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He holds an interest and has developed expertise in a diverse array of legal matters including but not limited to civil disputes, property and real estate litigation, enforcement and execution proceedings, as well as recovery suits and related commercial disputes.

He regularly represents the firm and its clients before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, various District Courts across Delhi, and several statutory forums and quasi-judicial authorities.

Ajay also possesses significant experience and interest in non-litigation side of law, particularly in the domain of real estate law. He is well-versed in conducting elaborate Title Due Diligences, drafting and reviewing transaction documents including agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, and lease deeds, and advising on legal compliances related to land transactions.
