Aniket is an alumnus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and an Associate in our Labour & Employment practice. He drafts comprehensive legal opinions, pleadings, notices, and replies under the Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, Trade Unions Act, and other labour statutes, and represents clients before labour tribunals, the High Court of Delhi, consumer forums, and various courts across jurisdictions. His expertise encompasses industrial-dispute resolution, regulatory-compliance advisory, and litigation support.

In addition to his core labour and employment practice, Aniket actively handles civil, criminal, and consumer litigation matters, with experience in drafting, research, and court advocacy. He brings a well-rounded litigation perspective and pragmatic approach to client service.
