Mr. Harsh Sharma is a BBA LLB (Hons.) graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He is a practicing advocate with a focused expertise in civil and labour law. He has been actively representing clients before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, various District Courts across Delhi and other states, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and various statutory forums and authorities.

His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, contractual enforcement, recovery suits, declaratory and injunction matters, and municipal law issues. He is also adept at handling employment-related disputes within the broader civil litigation framework, ensuring comprehensive advice in cases where civil and labour laws converge.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Sharma also advises on property law and regulatory compliance, with experience in legal due diligence, MCD-related matters, and documentation before Sub-Registrars and assessing authorities.
